How do I return an item?
Returns may be made for products providing that they have not been opened or installed. If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we will gladly issue a refund less the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all shipping costs to ship the items back. A refund will be issued once we receive the products and find them in re-saleable condition.
